knowledge, insight, ability to respond to challenges, and to improve their well-being, and believes
every individual has the capacity for growth, change and to live a full and meaningful life.

preferred future, their strengths, and existing resources, as well as find paced and actionable steps to
move towards their wellbeing and goals. Jasper uses a person-centred, collaborative approach and
tools from a range of evidence-based therapies such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative
Therapy and Play Therapy for Child struggling with regulation of emotions. In addition, Jasper also
applies therapeutic tools from Mindfulness Therapy.
